Welcome to your Wiki on how to get Science Fair started !!!

I am here to help you start with a great new idea, one that will be unique and challenging for you.

I hope you find a topic that will not be too simplistic or something that has been done by several other students over and over again.


The Grand Purpose of your Science Fair Project:
  1. Understand how to find a testable question,
  2. Understand how to set up experimental procedures, including variables and controls,
  3. Understand how to conduct experiment and record data, including observations and graphs,
  4. Understand how to interpret data to logical conclusion, perform statistical analysis of your data
  5. Understand how to communicate scientific ideas and findings to an audience,
  6. Understand how to evaluate another's scientific data.

This wiki is designed to help you with # 1 in the above list.


Please do the following:

  1. KEEP ALL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION PERSONAL.
  2. Get your username and password from the teacher.
  3. Post one inspiring science in the news video or article you found online and relate it to something you would like to do for your Science Fair.
  4. Post your science fair idea or ideas
  5. Make a descriptive comment on every other persons idea. The comment must be descriptive and help them reflect on their idea, refine the idea and make it a unique, challenging problem to work on.
